I don't understand your answer to Dalmir23's question. I believe he said he was combining 2 photos to make one.

So in this case the customer does not own the copyright to either photo especially the one taken by the professional photographer's photo unless the customer purchased the copyright. I don't believe because someone owns a photo it means they own the copyright.
