Does anyone have any good tips on invoicing? What do you use, Excel template, software program, pen and paper . I am only half kidding about the pen and paper. Thus far I have used Quicken Home and Business but I'm looking for something else.

P.S. I wasn't sure where to put this thread. Should it go in Cooler Talk?

I use an online billing system for both my design business and my photography. It can be found at www.billingorchard.com. It's very easy to use allows you to send email invoices and accept PayPal or Credit Card Payments right from the invoice.

It's 20 bucks per month but well worth it for me.

I checked out the sight and as you suggested I am not quite ready for that monthly expense yet. I am not selling enough to make it cost effective. However, I'll keep it on my list for future consideration.

I had a great Christmas. All three of my sons were able to visit. My youngest 26, just returned from Irag this past November. I also was blessed to have the company of all 3 of my grandsons and spend a couple of days with them. It was a great, great day.
