I'm wanting a shadowless way of lighting sports teams who are pressed up hard against a white wall. Call me stupid but I'm having trouble seeing any way for such a large group other than shooting simply without flashes.

My work usually involves multiple flashes in quite difficult setups. Now I need to do something very simple, I'm having trouble!

Ringflash, wrong effect. Softbox, still a shadow, flash bounced from ceiling still a shadow, gary fong diffusers not quite doing it either.
