Look at the picture above, the handsome man in the picture is me, so now you know how I look like

While you are watching, think of this, it's a single Canon Speedlite 580EX. I have used some Photoflex LitePanels too. How did I do that, can you guess, or do you want me to tell the trick? Note, it's no Photoshop involved.

Looks to me like you set up two panels to the right side of the camera and set the strobe to shoot through the panels....set another panel to the left to provide a reflector and add a touch of fill.

David, very close. How did I light up the background, it's our white kitchen wall, and it was not painted for the shooting. Note, it's still a single light for the shot.

Window lit from the right and you bounced your 580 off the left wall.
