I just came from a trade show where I saw the new Mitsubishi printers. They have good quality and really good speed. I was thinking of purchasing one to take to the action sporting events for people to buy before they leave the game. The only problem I see is one either has to buy a printer for 5X7 and below or another one for 8X10. It's over $1,000 for either. Is it that much better than ink jet for this type of thing? They also weigh 46 pounds.
Anyone tried this?

I use to do car show photography and i'd say from strictly a speed perspective i'd go with Dye Sub, I don't think the images look as good as inkjet personally and don't last as long but those dye subs can crank out the images.

I've got an almost brand new Olypus P-440 with a ton of paper and ink cartridges i'd make you a deal on if you are interested.

I just emailed you back with all the details. Nope no more car shows for me.
This was a back up printer and hardly used like i said in the email probably less than 20 prints on it.
