This month I wanted to step away from the lighting techniques and share an article I wrote for a magazine back in 2007. Given our current economic times this article is more relevant today than it was when I wrote it. It is very important for us to gain new clients and keep them, the article below will share some tips on what my business partner and I do to thrive and survive in a small market.

Here we are in a medium-sized market, in a pleasant southern city. But it's not Southern California. It's not Manhattan. Our clients can't step out our studio door and hail a cab to SoHo. How do we keep them here? How do we find them in the first place?
