compared to most American women, I would say she looks great, but then I saw the arms! Is it just the angle, or was she really that thin?
I think in the face shot, her cheekbones look rather large, at least compared to the full length shot. did you use the 150 on the facial of full length, or both

I am not sure if this would work for you. But for me when i have models that are too thin, i try to put her in motion. Then time each shot to have angles that hide her skinny arms and boney knees...... Sometimes this works.....:o
