Carlos,
How is your experience so far with Jamuse? I was also contacted by them to be an advisory board member but just didn't have the time to do it. It did look like it had some potential however. Just curious of your thoughts.

Cris,

About Jamuse, I really haven't uploaded large files yet, just the ones I already had for web size. But I think its a little confusing at first if you don't read through the instructions.

But they added a cool new feature, the slideshow. I haven't seen that kind of slideshow from a website before that fits all the screen.

But I think it is a great if you use it as a gallery to show to your clients although we all can do our own galleries without letting our customer browse other photographers.

But let's see what happens when they start anouncing it to the public.

Carlos

They accepted the price for the image. I charged them $1,100 dlls
But it sounds like those scams where they send you a check for a larger amount and when you return the extra cash to them, their check didn't have funds.

What do you think? This is the email I received.

I really appreciate doing business with you and i believe with time we would get to use more of your pictures in out agency.I submitted the pictures to our client and they have accepted to use it for the Advert.

PAYMENT TERMS .
Our Client have agreed to pay the amount oif $1,100 to use this photo for the advert .
Now,they will be sending a check to you for the photo but i have included an extra fee which would be for the packaging and sending. We prefer the image sent to us Via a secure delivery service (DHL, UPS, FEDEX).
Once you received the check you should deduct the money for the photo and use the rest of the money in it for the packaging and sending it to us.

INFORMATION
We would like you to provide us with the following information below to have the check made out to you .

FULL NAME:..............................
ADDRESS:.................................
PHONE: ................................

Thank you,
Chris

Once you have received the payment for the pictures then you can send the pictures to us...

Hi Dalmir23,

Jamuse is a web page where you can upload your images for your customers to see and download without using an FTP. Once you upload them to their site, they are converted to .jam files a web 2.0 version.

Former executives from Apple and Microsoft are the once launching it.
