Hey everyone!

I just got the 70-200 2.8L IS and am looking to sell my 70-200 4.0L, is anyone interested ($450 obo)? The lens is in absolutely pristine condition as it has only been used a few times due to my renting the 2.8L IS. This was my first "L" series lens. It still looks like the day it came out of the box.

Don't mean to be the devils advocate but if you are not desparate for the cash i say hold onto the f4. I did the same thing and kick myself for getting rid of mine on days when i'm just shooting casually and schleping around that heavy 2.8.

I like the idea of having the backup. I think I will hold the price at 450 and if I get an offer I'll sell it, but as you pointed out, it is a solid backup or alternate lens.

Thanks, I always appreciate looking at the situation from a new perspective!
