Well it's me again, and I'm starting to feel like I'm the only one using this forum.
I enjoyed your latest article Alan, but I'm confused about something. In the intro you said you met this other photographer on the street corner who was loaded down with cases of equipment and all you had was a "wheeled 'carry on' camera case with a lightweight tripod and grip case strapped to the top."
What about light cases? Where were the strobes and/or hot lights that you described in another topic here?
I'd also be interested in hearing about the parts you use for the Articulated grip arm. I think I have something similar with a magic-clamp on one end and a spring clamp on the other. However, I find it quite bulky and heavy, and have started to use the
Lowel Tota-flag and Flexi-shaft instead. It's very light and takes up very little room in the case.
Cheers,
Andrew
